The dates of the third edition of NovelFarm, scheduled for the next 16 and 17 February at Pordenone Fiere, are now official. The event dedicated to new cultivation techniques, vertical and soilless farming is back in presence after the suspension of all trade conference activities due to the health emergency and it aims to be the symbol of economic and productive restart for the entire agrifood sector.
Indoor cultivation, vertical farming, aquaponics, hydroponics and integrated environmental agriculture: in 2022 NovelFarm will be once again an opportunity for successful start-ups, small and large companies and, more generally, for the many realities that animate the sector of new cultivation techniques and represent the future of sustainable agriculture.
Furthermore, as in previous editions, throughout the two days of the event, in addition to the exhibition area, there will be an extensive programme of debates and conferences, which will host as speakers the most important professionals and academics, coordinated by the NovelFarm Scientific Committee.
Precisely because of the symbolic role of restarting this entire production sector, the wish of Pordenone Fiere is that the 2022 edition of NovelFarm looks with special attention to sustainability and the consumption of healthy and wholesome products, actively contributing to the development of a sector born from the need to minimize the environmental impact and to face the food challenges of the future.
News 2022: AlgaeFarm
NovelFarm was born within AquaFarm, the international trade show-conference event dedicated to aquaculture, shellfish farming and the sustainable fishing industry. This year the project is divided into three: in fact, AlgaeFarm is born, an event within the event dedicated to the world of algae and microalgae.
Already featured in previous editions, the algae sector marks its leading role with a dedicated exhibition area and conferences on the cultivation, processing and use of algae and microalgae.
An important focus on a market that is still a niche but which promises many important developments and which offers a great wealth of ideas not only to professionals but also to all those interested in new business opportunities or for agricultural enterprises that, with great foresight, want to reconvert their production.
