AlgaeFarm is born, the new project by PordenoneFiere and the first Italian event dedicated to algae and microalgae. The appointment will take place simultaneously with the next edition of NovelFarm and AquaFarm, on 16 and 17 February 2022.
The third Farm was created to give centrality to a sector, that of algaeculture, which we had already had the opportunity to encounter in previous editions but without its own dedicated space. Already scheduled for the 2021 edition, which was not possible to carry out in presence due to the health emergency and the consequent suspension of all exhibition activities, AlgaeFarm will bring together both the world of professionals and that of academics specialized in this recent but very promising sector.
Human and animal nutrition, production of sustainable energy and biofuels, applications in circular economy and in the chemical-pharmaceutical and cosmetic / nutraceutical sectors: the many areas of use of algae and microalgae will be explored, as well as the environmental benefits of their cultivation.
The formula is by now confirmed: in the exhibition area it will be possible to meet start-ups, companies and professionals engaged in the production, processing and application of algae and microalgae. An unmissable opportunity to create new contacts, exchange experiences and discover all the latest innovations in algoculture. Not only that, in fact, there will be many ideas that can be proposed to those looking for new business opportunities in a view to environmental sustainability.
The conference calendar is also extensive. In fact, AlgaeFarm will also be complemented by conferences and debates dedicated to algae and microalgae. We will have the opportunity to learn about the latest news both in the field of research and in the development of new technologies for the cultivation and application of the product.
The event is open to all the operators of the industry subject to registration and participation is free.
A sector to discover, which will give you the opportunity to visit AquaFarm also, the international trade show-conference event dedicated to aquaculture and the fishing industry, and of course NovelFarm, the most important Italian event devoted to new cultivation techniques, soilless and vertical farming.
